Multicultural Queensland — making a world of difference is the Queensland Government multicultural policy that was developed in response to Queensland multicultural society.
As a policy, multiculturalism promotes social justice and equity for non-English speaking communities and newly arrived refugees and migrants.
The multicultural policy also underpins community cohesion by raising awareness of the benefits of diversity and promoting respect for difference.
