The 2007/08 Premier’s Multicultural Photographic Award winners were announced in a ceremony at South Bank Parklands on Sunday 10 February 2008.
Six award winners shared in over $20,000 in cash and prizes.

Entrants were asked to submit images under the theme ‘New Beginnings’ in the following categories:
The People’s Choice Award was decided in an online public vote of the 2007/08 short listed images. The e-poll was conducted on the Multicultural Affairs Queensland website from Friday 11 January 2008 and closed at 5pm on Monday 4 February 2008.

The 2007/08 Premier’s Multicultural Photographic Awards short listed images will be on display at South Bank Parklands Arbour from 11 January — 18 February 2008.
